Located at 1001 E Columbus Drive & 2603 N 10th Street. Historically, the grocery store was on the first floor, while the family lived on the second floor. I hear that a real estate company is moving in here early 2009. It's the same guys that have done a few other DOT restorations in the area of the last few years. Should be a great addition to the community. Can anyone confirm this?
